Yesterday, Kristin got really excited when she logged in to LiL... "Shahrukh!" she yelled, even as she spied someone's profile photo- a pic of SRK from his recent appearance at a Fashion Week. The yell sobered down into a small "Ohh" within two seconds as she realised that it was her own profile photo.

For those of you wondering why Kristin and I crib daily about
our jobs, here's a good example of what we have to plod through every single
day of our lives. Couldn't help putting it up on LiL.

The concerned company manufactures wind electric generators. This is how
they describe the "Cost economics" of their product:

"Produces power day and night any weather 4 folds more power then solar but
four times it cost lesser than solar panels. By Hybriding wind and solar
would be most reliable and efficient method to generate your own
electricity"

Kristin has managed to work out a Product Directory of 1600 such products.
And I edit articles and Interviews where this kind of language is
commonplace.

These are moments in life when kristin and I ask "Why, God, why..."

"my friend sree's mother will be leaving the city on thursday, and cannot
take their dog with her.

she's a five year old black, half spitz half retriever mix who goes by the
name chutki. not only has she had all her vaccinations, but she's also
sterilized. most importantly, she's ultra gentle and never displays any
signs of aggression. plus she's incredibly low maintanence and has never
once fallen ill.
this is VERY URGENT, due to unavoidable and difficult circumstances, if
noone adopts her by he end of this week, her owner will have no option but
to put her down.

i know her personally and she's a wonderful dog. please adopt her and let
her live.
